So about the music... Got a copyright strike for a "non-copyrighted" song we used for this video and we had to change it. KZbin only offers one song from their library per video, and none of the songs offered were over 8min. The only genre with longer songs was classical, so we said screw it and went for it! It gives the video a diferent vibe so we hope you like it :)

You can only hope that Dirk misses the shot, because there was no way to stop that guy during his prime!

AJ ON THE MIC I’ll put Kd over him just cause he can do the same thing and shoot contested threes and mid ranges and make it.Hes more athletic also or more athletic then him.
@Johnkoth

Elastic KD does not have a great fadeway. KD relies on height, shooting, speed to score. He has no great moves. Not even good moves. But yet KD is still very good.

Number 2 should be called WIlt's Finger Roll. The Dipper was the name given to his dunk shot, as in "Dipper Dunks".

@@BasketballFundamentals Also, I think I would have put his fall away jumper higher than his fingerroll. It was that shot that made him as dangerous as he was because blocking off the paint didn't prevent him scoring reliably.

The Wilt Finger roll is the best finger roll I've seen. You can put his with the Iceman. But that fallaway is Dirk fallaway before Dirk was even born.

Subjectively ranking these moves doesn't have the impact as ranking them using the objective interpretations. Although I don't know where or if there are statistics registering the points per play, I think that would more accurately depict the effectiveness objectively.
@BasketballFundamentals
@BasketballFundamentals 5 жыл бұрын
Yes those specific stats and analytics would help a lot when talking about who had the best and most effective move. I know my subjective opinion doesnt have much weight, but i tried my best to rank the moves.
@Nuvendil
@Nuvendil 5 жыл бұрын
Objective ranking is tough because you just have less footage of some of the old players. Wilt has pretty limited video to study and Kareem has limited film of his early years vs his later years.

How are any of these above MJ and Kobe’s fade-away??? The only one that makes any sense... and I mean any sense, is Kareem’s sky hook. I can’t believe your gonna say that Dirk’s fade-away is better than MJ and Kobe’s. Smh, this is so biased and disrespectful. You won’t be getting another view from me.
@Obi-WanKenobi99
@Obi-WanKenobi99 4 жыл бұрын
6 languages and 4 degrees You’re just young and biased towards newer players. You’re very disrespectful. Ask anybody that played against Kobe if that’s true and I GUARANTEE you that they will say that what you just said is complete CRAP and comes from a place of total ignorance.
@marksuckerburg3051
@marksuckerburg3051 4 жыл бұрын
Kobe's fadeaway ain't effective whatsoever man. You say he's biased, you're biased just because of his death, and Dirk's fadeaway is way more effective because like MJ he mastered it, but it just makes Dirk's more effective is that he's 7 feet tall
@Johnkoth
@Johnkoth 4 жыл бұрын
Dirk's fadeaway is lightening quick. But his fadeaway is really Wilt's. Wilt was doing that fadeaway in Highschool. Hundreds od college scouts saw it and no team still knew how to stop it. He dropped 52 in his first college game. Even though they doubled him the whole game and even tripled sometimes when he got the ball. Wilt still scored on them.
