I will briefly go through the condos in the various districts and discuss only the profitable transactions. For the first part of this video. Those that make the most profits were those purchased 6-7 yrs ago when properties psf were lower , the rest purchase after covid will not make a lot..unless they cont to hold longer when 2000 Psf is entry norm lol

Those that bought 6-7 years back was in 2016 - 2019. Back then. It's was not cheap anyway. New launch was like $1500psf already. Freehold resale was $1200psf in RCR area...
