Looks like Queenstown and Redhill condo doesn’t perform very well relative to the top few condos.

Westwood really inaccessible compare to other condos in Jurong. Even with JRL station opening "soon" "nearby".

Those new launch selling $2000 over psf beside or nearby the older condo launched price at $1000 plus psf. So huge gap. Yet still got people buy. 😢

Have to see the remaining tenure too...some already 40-50 years old...so can't compare to fresh 99 years to be fair....it's same for car. How can a 2nd hand car sell higher than a Brand new car?

U see Pine Grove at Ulu Pandan as an good example...60 yrs old left. Selling $1000psf. Next door new launch easily $2200psf up. No right or wrong. U like space like old condo. Then buy low psf. But if u want new and smaller size but psf higher. U will buy new. Old got enbloc still got chance. Old no enbloc. It's same as old hdb flats..

the entire development not many 3 bedrooms. from supply point is few. but how much to pay? $1800psf? in 10 years time. left 80 years. still ok. if u like convenient. pl go ahead. but i rather go for hazel park.

@@alanweeproperty bro cannot la u propert agent lei need to be pro, i layman don’t know also can spot ur wrongly comparison 🤣u r comparing MOP project transaction vs none MOP transaction to conclude the profits🤦‍♂️ Question is not how many transactions but base on recent transaction. Those u claimed 14 transaction mostly are back in early 2021 and 2022 which granted by HDB for pre early selling lei. ? 🤦‍♂️ bui chun la. Hahaha. Nonetheless thx for the effort made, too many cant expect u to know all .

So Buy HDB or EC sure huat! Last time i bought resale 3 room hdb at 160K next to my parents block, they say i xiao because they bought less than 20k😢. But i sold for 270k and move to hudc, then sold again and move on to multiple property 😂. This block of HDB i last checked the transaction is 350k😂😂. I guess 1m HDB 20 year later will be easily 3 million. So young people should buy HDB or EC for their first home. Vote PAP and huat till buay lin chu😂😂😂
