I love your idea of mixing translated English subtitles with the phrase still in Chinese characters. It really helps!

I really like that you use chinese to explain the grammar points !! I was so surprised when I realised that I didn't even need the look at the eng subs to understand your explanation !

I hardly understood anything the first time, but after she explained the sentences, I was like, omg i should've understood it!

Thank you Grace! This was really helpful (and funny!). I love that you use clips from conversations so we can learn how to use the phrases in a more natural way
Incredible video! I love that you included a dialogue and the subtitles! Thank you so much

I'm glad you shared this with us. It would be pretty awkward if we first encountered these phrases elsewhere and then interpreted them literally LOL. Thanks, Grace for teaching us all these slang and idioms and also for creating the PDF!

Haha I was thinking that it might be a bit hard to understand their actual meanings with their literal ones so I decided to make this video 😝

I find learning things like body parts very uninspiring and I'm already way past the point where I should have done that (and of course know some), but this makes it a lot more fun! Not to mention that these expressions seem very useful. Great video!

One of most stressful parts about living in a foreign country, in my experience, has been checking out at the grocery store. Can you do a video on the kinds of questions a store clerk or cashier might ask you? 感恩!

Great lesson as always grace! ❤️ & the bloopers was so funny you keep repeating yourself like that once you take a nap then wake up you'll be fluent in your English I'm prediciting it before it happens so when it does randomly one day remember I said it first 😆
@GraceMandarinChinese3 жыл бұрын
I hope so!! 😍 (Maybe I need to take more naps 😂)
@deontesampson19933 жыл бұрын
@@GraceMandarinChinese 🤣❤️ yeah we believe in you & you don't need an extreme amount of naps just give it about a hundred more naps depending how much repeating yourself you're doing you could be fluent after about 50 naps don't worry you have youth on your side president Grace😄 #grace4president #nodebate
