When LeBron James is allowed to flop and travel without being called, that's when you know the NBA is a joke. "Load Management", is a joke.

This virus of a game has leaked down to the kids on the court. Shooting bad 3s, traveling, zero defense. Its a wrap.

I’m old enough to remember when the haters said that Lebron’s game would age badly. That opinion aged like spoiled milk. At age 39, Lebron is averaging 24ppg/9apg/8rpg, while shooting 51% from the field and 41% behind the arc. Ridiculous!

Wilkins said Larry was nuts. Larry said that he couldn't guard Wilkins. The seriously respected each other. Dom was a total beast. 6.8 and 235lb of muscle. One of the most incredible players in NBA history. Lucky to have seen them both play.

Few people transcend their sport. Dr J is one of those people. You don't have to follow basketball to know who Dr J is. You can look at basketball like the Bible. You have BC and AD. There's the game before Dr J and the game after Dr J.

Kareem, Duncan, LeBron, MJ, Magic. I might replace LeBron with Bird if MJ went at him in practice too hard. Bench: Steph, Bron/Bird, Bill Russell, Hakeem, Kobe, Jokic, Jerry West.

Of course it's a joke. It's not been about talent since all the real players retired. It's not about BASKETBALL SKILLS. It's an acrobatics freak show. Give me some ball handlers and shooters. Geez

The 3 has ruined the game. It’s nothing but a launch contest from 35 feet. The great moving game with pick and roll, drives to the hoop, great passing is gone. Go watch the lakers Celtics finals from the 80’s and see beautiful basketball. Even though they had the 3 line no one shot it. Get rid of it or at the very least move it way back so you only get about 10 -15 per game.

If he played today, he would be unstoppable. He would have learned to shoot the 3 and because his first step was so lethal. He'd be unguardable. Doc had a highlight dunk at least once every other game. It was just another dunk, it was so common.

This makes me incredibly sad to watch. I’m in my early 30s and I was OBSESSED with the NBA from the 90s and early 2000s. It was my favorite sport at one point because of how good the league was. Now, they’re WAY less physical, and the league lacks the oomph or the spark that made it so dang good back then. A complete departure from the basketball I used to watch For me, it began falling apart when the league began focusing on super teams. The days of Kobe and Shaq, Jordan and Pippin/Rodman, are gone. Every team needs 5 superstars in order to win. I gave up on the league years ago, haven’t followed in over a decade, I really hope the league goes back to how good it once was, but I really don’t see that happening

This is a video of people sharing stories. I might as well share one too. Back in the mid 90's while I was in college I had a valet job with a company that served different establishments in the Center City area of Philadelphia. One night my coworkers and I, as well as the doorman for the club and a couple patrons, were all outside chatting. Suddenly everybody stops talking and their eyes rise to a point over my shoulder. I turned around and saw a tall man in a suit with a briefcase crossing the street about 20ft away. He was all alone. But there was an aura about him. We just watched him until he went into a car park across the street. The doorman said, "That was Dr. J." It was almost surreal. The way everybody's attention was drawn to him. Even dressed in a business suit, carrying a briefcase, and crossing the street you could tell that there was more to him than meets the eye.
