@Teacher's Tech or anyone else who may know: where is the "Auto Pick" feature on the Calendar when scheduling an event/meeting with multiple attendees? The previous Outlook version offered this and multiple options to review attendees' calendar with Auto Pick. Example: it would allow selection of "Required Attendees" or "Required Attendees + Optional Attendees"

Regarding the "Email to Meeting" function. There is no meeting button on my version of the New Outlook - only Reply, Reply All & Forward. I used it all the time in the previous version and now it is gone. It seems different instances have different functionality. So frustrating, why does Microsoft do this to us?

Great video! It'd be great to have more insights about how to handle several accounts within the New Outlook,. For me it's being a bit of a nightmare, getting a lot of errors when sending emails or when trying to move one item in the calendar to another date... or even got mixed up the "From" email address when sending a new email... Is it that MS still needs to polish the new Outlook experience or is it just my particular setup

Excellent set of tips! These are all great. But I'm trying to add my Tripit calendar URL as an additional calendar. I thought it should work as a subscription with the URL to the ICS, but I always get the result: "Couldn't import calendar. Try again later." Any suggestions?

Hello i have a question about sharing, I created a calendar for my office I can't add anymore people to it , there's new people that need to be added often. the purpose is for events and booking board rooms . my tool bar has a share section but theres just print option. In New Outlook Calendar, how do I print a meeting invite with notes that generally includes an agenda? Easy to do in Old Outlook but I cannot figure it out in New Outlooks. Seems really funny that it is that hard?

How do I change the notification sound for events. New outlook is not taking 'windows' sounds, and I'm not hearing / noticing the 'new sound' which is a quick 'ding'. Not a fan and not helping me

The new Outlook crashes when you try to move a email into a Calendar event when using Windows 11. This is on a brand new laptop starting fresh. I've returned to Windows 10 and the old Outlook. I'm going to wait for them to work out his issue.
