On a busy weekend with 20,000 people at the Little Sahara Recreation Area, say 1 vehicle per 5 people, that's 4000 vehicles, they will all be looking for a charging station at the end of the day. The campground has no electricity. Imagine the transmission lines the state park's division will need to install to get the amount of power for all of those and even with 500 charging stations the lineup will be all night long. Remote camping won't be happening with any of these.

Charging in the middle of nowhere would be impossible, however some manufacturers are installing charging stations on popular adventure trails, thus making them suitable for EVs
