I think Jim Marshal should be on the list. He was an amazing defensive player, and a pillar of the purple people eaters. But unfortunately, he is most remembered for taking the football 66 yards the wrong way! He even forced the game winning fumble the SAME GAME he ran his way to infamy.

@johnnymason2460 wrong !! . Its the combination of AB being very selfish and the brain injury that caused the outlandish behavior that probably will keep him out of the hall of fame. Yes ab was a jerk with or without the head injury but the head injury caused him to go from just a bad guy to an impulsive basket case. Sad thing is that he was a first ballot no doubt hall of fame player.

Albert Haynesworth was drafted to a team that ran a 4-3 defense. It was switched to a 3-4 defense(which would cause more double teams on him as a nose guard which would decrease his production stat wise. As a result would affect any incentive based money that he could get). So he didn’t “choose” a team that ran a defense where felt he would be ineffective. You’re reaching when it comes to Gary Anderson because missing a kick isn’t a “bad decision”. He was already a future hall of famer when he missed that in 1998 season

I think Ricky Williams had 10k rushing yards, not receiving.

Mike Vick should still be in the Hall. He changed the game big time and turned his life around

Unfortunately, with Lamar Jackson being a better version of Vick. Vick doesn't leave a major legacy, and the dog fighting ring doesn't help. However, Vick has a chance to make team ROH (Ring of Honor), most likely Philadelphia's.

I feel like we were on an amazing trajectory with Vick... then he decided to be an asshole (and I'm a dog lover). The worst part is that the demonstrators were carrying signs lumping us into the same boat. It was really hard to be a fan of them until Matty Ice came onto the scene... and then 28-3. As a Falcons fan, I've been through a lot 😅

@@EthanCole2009 Yeah I'm sure it has nothing to do with him being in the HOF long before the incident he would become known for. No offense but if you looked it up then you should have known he was elected in 1985.

It's never a bad idea to chase the money in the NFL. Either way it goes your risking getting CTE so you might as well milk the NFL for all it's worth because they're certainly making billions off of your talent. You got guys who are Hall of Famers and got rings and they ended up not being able to remember their own names and living out of their truck.
