Dear Chef, It's Simply Superb Recipe👌👌👌. Being a South Indian we are really missing our traditional Dhosai in the UK. Luckily I saw this video and immediately I tried it. It Came out 80% well. The first dosa was slightly collapsed. But out of 6 Dosa's 5 Dosa's came out well. The Verkadalai Chutney came out very well. Very tasty. You made my day. 🤩Thank you Chef for the recipe. 👍👍👍🙏🙏🙏

Very good excellent dosa flower made,ready within 10 minutes and dosa prepared.the peanut chutney is also prepared immediately for dosa. All are laudable.one suggestion is that tamarind is not good for health instead if needed you may add lemon juice. And another thing is that instead of adding white sugar in dosa flower which is not good for health. you may add karupatty or nattu sugar. sugar if needed.every thing good.thank you very much
