Did YOU have any of these? What is YOUR favorite (often) forgotten toy line?
@SeViLionCollectibles2 ай бұрын
I had Bravestar and some of the Rambo toys. Also, the giant green inhumanoid tendril monster. Pretty sure they were gifts from family, because I never watched either of those cartoons.

Always great vids dude. I can hit you with a couple of interest you might wish to check out if you find the time. 1- Wheeled Warriors ( Saw Boss was an awesome plant man / vehicle), 2 - Robotix, and of course 3- Visionaries since you already hit us with Inhumaniods. Please keep up the great work man

The Power Lords line with it's unique designs and features was one of my favourite. Not to mention the articulation was better on them than on some of the current action figures.

Hey Matt, so happy you mentioned Food Fighters, that’s one I have fond memories of as well. Some others I remember that maybe aren’t as obscure would be Mask, Cops, Battle Beasts, and Bionic Six. Well maybe the final one there is obscure, let me know!

I had all of these as a kid in the 80's. I would love love love it if Hasbro brought back Cops and Crooks. That line was my favorite.

Born in 74, so yeah, I lived it - 80s toy stores ruled! Legend of the Lone Ranger was one my fave lines. Small line but awesome. Love the cardbacks. Karate Kid legit sparked a karate craze. Every kid was doing karate in '84. Cranes galore in the school playground at lunch and recess. If you weren't practicing karate, you learning breakdancing, lol...

I went back and collected the Flintstones Kids line a few years back mainly because it's the Flintstones. I don't specifically remember ever watching it while growing up but then again everything is a blurr at my age. By the way, there's a whole second wave of figures that I didn't even know existed and it's a LOT pricier. Includes a Mr. Slate and even a Cave Man. It's pretty cool.

The Flintstones Kids sets are ones I've thought about collecting because The Flintstones are a nostalgic part of my early childhood. I used to watch both the original show and The Flintstones Kids regularly, plus I saw the live action movie at the theater (even though I was too young to remember that since I was only 2) and had most of the action figures from its tie-in which I have a vague memory of getting for Christmas. I know they're kind of ugly since they try to replicate the actors' faces while having the cartoon bodies, but they're so nostalgic to me that I can't help but have a soft spot for them. I'm glad to see the Flintstones Kids sets don't go for too much.

Air Raiders weren't spring-loaded vehicles , they used air pumps to shoot a blast of air into the vehicle so it would move or the missile would launch, hence using the word "Air" in the title.

had bravestarr and as a kid who loved cowboy stuff, he was a winner. Ramen and the other version are just too expensive in australian dollarydoos the ghostbusters line are problematic. they develop a mould in them which will not come out and tracey’s body becomes fragile like glass. i had all three of the good guys but owning them made me nervous so, sold them. if they were re-booted, i’d get ‘em

In a fight between Batman and Superman the winner would be Chuck Norris 🤘. I'm a '83 kid as well. I had most of these toys as a kid. I think my parents just bought everything because I never had full set just 2 or 3 from this line a playset from here, vehicles from there. When I started forming an opinion of my own is when I focused in on the ones I liked most,

can you help me idenify acouplev of toylines...., i know i had them,but ive tried so many places and nobody recognizes them. the main was a gi joe scale line and the figures came kind of box shaped "vehicles" that slightly condensed in length and could be a (huge) backpack for the figure.the vehicle pods also had ridge and grooves along the sides tro connect to others to make bigger vehicles,there were different teams,air tank,please please telll me you recall these.i have tried to reach out to so many toy fans,toy galaxy even, and nobody has a clue.its not mandella effect,i deffinately had themm,if you image a a box shape with a hole for the figure to be slid in to sit,the box was then pushed in that nrrowed it and closed the cockpit hole. my other one from my childhood was a range of figures of different themes, that were all 5 poa but the limbs could all pop off and mix and match with other figures.this is more obscure i think,but i had loads of these. these two lines are a big nostalgia for me, i would pay hundreds to get them. i hope you can help
