Toadsworth has vanished as well. His only appearance nowadays are in ports and remakes of older games, the last time being Mario 3D All-Stars. His last "new* appearance is 10 years ago in Mario & Luigi: Dream Team. He didn't even appear in the Mario movie. Instead, Peach's advisor is a generic blue Toad with glasses.

Love the video! Super interesting! I have only one suggestion (it's just me) but the little 'pop' noise that sounds out when anything appears on screen is a little intrusive. Using it every once in a while is great, but it became pretty distracting... just a suggestion, keep up the good work!

3:35 a thought i had when i first saw that character is that it reminded me of squirps, a character from super paper mario that guides/helps the player (to an extent) in the space chapter/level of the game its prolly not true, but the fact the lil guy was found in mario galaxy files and the fact a character similar not only pops up in a mario game released a few months before, but in a space level as well, made me start thinking about it

Cassarin is an alternate romanization of Catherine. No "th" sound exists in Japanese, and the "s" sound (written as two s's in this case) is the closest phonetic equivalent. It's the same reason there's a translaton inconsistency with the name of the planet that the original Metroid takes place in versus its name in later titles of the series (Zebeth vs. Zebes). There would be no need to replace that name with "Birdo" for localizations if it was unused in the Japanese version.

There’s a really obscure Mario character that only appeared in the original Mario Party and was only featured in one minigame (Key-pa-way) named Spike Koopa. He’s a pretty weird looking character and it’s weird how he only appeared in this one minigame and never made a reappearance; not even in Key-pa-way’s remake. Hopefully he can return in a mainline Mario game someday.

Going do that, do this. U need 2 players for this glitch, go to 1-1 and both players get a propeller suit. After this go to 1-3 and both players get a yoshi, then eat a koopa in their yoshi's mouth. If you both ground pound at the same time, and then u spit out the koopa shell. Carefully stop the shell and pick it up, in your propellor suit, fly up and ground pound with the koopa shell in your hands. Infinite lives, easily done, no lag and on world 1

Bowers brother was actually he bowser himself. every enemy in the game uses a blue version of themselves when the axe isn't loaded in. . . So bowsers brother is just bowser himself just the axe is not there. And also the original super mario brothers depicted him as blue. That was bowser himself just the axe is gone.
