The OG version has a more distinct bergamot note, a sharp aromatic bite, the cacao/amber comes off more caramely and with detectable leather which all make it much more interesting than the 2011 version.

Dior Homme blew my mind when I first put my nose on it. I have the black stem version, however, it is still an amazing scent. I am planning on purchasing DHI on Fragrancenet. Dior Homme 2020 is not a bad fragrance, but it has more of a safe and mainstream smell. I hope they continue to manufacture the original Homme. Great Video BTW, I love to hear your opinions on fragrances.

Yes Dan undeniably a masterpiece. This is the only fragrance that on the rare occasion i wear it i feel slightly aroused?? 😳I don’t know what’s in it to do that and no other fragrance does it. Kinky eh? 😂

No doubt, very nice. I have a 100ml bottle from 2005. Dior Homme Parfum in 75ml is also terrific.

I am not a fan of DH line but personal preferences aside, this was a major breakthrough by Dior. Probably, should have been released in their private label? The only better iris-based scent I can think of is masque milano l'attesa.

Bought the now discounted Parfume version of it, due to the raving reviews...passed the bottle on. The smell reminded me too much of smelling like a grandma. That's was that with Dior Homme for me.

It is not discontinued, just rebottled. Even the batch code is the same. Comes in 100ml bottles in stead of 75ml.

Only have the 2011 but love it - my GF isn’t a huge fan finding it too powdery (she far prefers DHI or Gentleman Givenchy EDP) so this is one I love to wear for myself and has been a common reach during recent weeks at home

I find that this version and heavier a lot of disgusting cocoa to avoid in summer period I prefer the version 2011 to 2013 more airy and more refined very good work of Mr. François Demachy

Honestly! Dior is in the top 5 perfume makers ! And I smelled and owned a Lot of perfumes niche /expensive /disegner or cheapies etc ... Dior just do it better ...
