VRV or cassette Acs are difficult to maintain and in case they stop working, especially VRV Acs, u cant sit in any other room too... i m suffering from it... my apartment has centralised AC... aur agar kabhi VRV unit kharab ho jaati hai ya gas khatam ho jaati hai toh pura apartment useless ho jaata hai kyunki 50 degree garmi mein bhi aap kisi aur room mein bhi jaake baith nhi sakte.. aur VRV unit ko repair karne ki cost can run into lakhs... very expensive upkeep.... so split ACs are most practical... moreover, easy to maintain... the only flip side is that their outside unit takes a lot of space especially in balconies... n in inner rooms its difficult to get an outlet for installing outer unit. Otherwise, split ACs are best...!!! And Corona taught us how bad centralised Air Conditioning is... one person infected can infect others in the apartment also. So har cheej look aur space utilization pe based nhi hoti... bahut jagah logic is also needed. And in any case split ACs on walls is not wastage of space.. they look good... otherwise wall pe us bache hue space ka kya hum achaar daalenge...😂

@AchhaAchha1 Yes dear, soch samajh ke lagwana... VRV unit kharab ho gyi toh usko repair karwaane ki cost can run into lakhs... (they quoted me 6 lakhs last year) , and becoz the VRV AC unit is down, your whole apartment/floor becomes useless.. i don't know who brought this concept of centralised ACs... though it may be cost efficient for malls and big buildings... It's actually a hazard in many ways... during covid, centralised ACs played an important role in spreading the virus, especially in malls, office spaces, and even hospitals...

Now the builder builds flat very raw and empty. No storage facility is given. And the interior trend nowadays is like 'Ghar nahi hotel' jaise lagta hai. I have seen many homes have fabulous interiors but no space to dry the clothes. घर पे आने के बाद बाहर पेहने hue कपडे निकलने के बाद रखने के ना दोरी है ना हँगिंग के लिये जगह. They just throw pasinewale kapde on the bed.. Video मे सब neat and clean dikhate हैं. असली बात तो साफ सफाई की है. वह easy होनी चाहिए.

Har baat ki ek baat trend har 6 mahino m dadal jata or ghar pura bnana m hi kam sa kam do saal lagja h , jo pasand hi vhi kra ghar m humna rahna h trend na nai . Agar trend follow karna laga to ghar m rahna bhul hi jao . Sab kuchh apna comfort or budget k hisab sa karna chahiya kam asa kro jinka na to trend aai or na jay evergreen style simple and elegant

Matt finish ki tiles mat lagwana. Saaf karna bahut mushkil hota hai, especially when the water is hard. Personal experience

. Good video but ia home isnt like fashion wear which changes season to season and its not practical or feasible to change false celings so often nor the look of doors with different types of trending paints like deco or PU . Polish on doors is still timeless ,its just that workmen who know the craft of polishing wood are few and far between thats why people go with enamel or melamine . Kindly elaborate on one point - if one has beadings on the door framework ( chaukhat ) should it be removed . No one mentions this .Secondly most interior designers advocate 4K hue of light for bedrooms but in morning and afternoon hours it doesnt seem that pleasant and nor is it that good for reading so can we go for 6K panel lights in bedroom ? Lastly COB lights are trending but their glare is significant so whats the alternative to them if we want to mix panel lights with some other kimd of lights in the drawing room or living area ..Will be grateful if you could give insights .

Track Lighting: Ceiling par track lights install karke direction aur design flexibility milti hai. Logo ko lagta hai colour zyada to look acha. Ek ghar dekha maine, elevation acha tha lekin Diwali pr elevation panels me Purple aur Green light lagi hui thi 😂😂😂.

Cassette AC maintenance is difficult, better to use wall mounted AC. Plus 5 star rated wall mounted AC is easily available. Cassette AC is 3 star rated. Space is wall is never a concern, no one uses up all the space in entire wall. Keep space for AC installation above the window.

Bhai ne jo “out of trend” cheezon ka alternative diya hai wo khud abhi outdated ho gaye hain. Abhi 3 mahine baad apne hi bataye options ko “outdated” bol kar ek aur video banega.
