Nah the Buckley call-out of McGregor was objectively worse than the RDA one. RDA was at the very LEAST in the real realm of fighting Conor at one point. Buckley's has to be the worst, the idea and execution were just awful. I think lots of fighters have a problem with that guy Hans though. There was a while when nearly every after fight presser would have one fighter pointedly removing the monster can out of shot and Izzy even kicked it off the desk. Most of that animosity stemmed from Molenkamp making sponsored fighters hang out with him in the guise of promotional material. Dom's call out probably made Monster take a closer look at what Hans was spending their money on.

6:17 This was 100% correct to call for a title fight. I can prove it: the company went ahead and tried to book the Cain rematch anyway. Why tf would he call out a guy the company already is looking to book when even if you’re cynical about it and say he was trying to duck, then even more wise to call for a title shot and get that talk going amongst the fans. There’s zero downside if he thinks he’ll lose. But it wasn’t just bc of altitude that’s preposterous. Fabricio just fought there in his previous bout. Isn’t it possible Fabricio would have been more prepared regardless having experience? Cain was there for 2 weeks. That’s enough time to acclimate . Full acclimatization takes a couple months which Fabricio didn’t have either but he was certainly more prepared given his 4 weeks. But I’ve run a track meet at Wyoming’s track which is basically the same elevation with only 4 days mini camp and you are basically there if you are healthy. 2 weeks is enough. It’s just Fabricio went all the way. Regardless just elevation is kinda silly. And what are you talking about “bizarre decision”? We’re basically the same age - you were def watching this live like I was. Browne got no mas’d after Fabricio pieced him tf up 30-27’d.
