By far, still one of the best lower body target circuit workouts! I keep coming back to this series for its unbelievable effectiveness! Thanks for keeping this alive!

I used to do that workout 2 to 3 times a week on Exercise TV and got some AMAZING results ! I was so crushed when the website went out of business and spent hours on youtube trying to find a video this good. Thank you soooooo much for uploading it !!!!! I really appreciate it !

Thanks for uploading. I use to do this when there was access to Exercise TV. Only came to my attention that there is no more exercise TV.

I had 5 lbs to lose last year and I did lose them but my whole lower body slimmed down so much (beautiful lean muscular legs, tight round tush, etc), I also gained lean muscles which weigh more on the scale, so I'm sure all in all I did lose 10 lbs. I've done other workout videos since but I'm starting this one over again because I have never had so many compliments about my body ! :)

Loved it.Love her. I miss exercise t.v. Magrack just is not the same. I have direct t.v. with the high cost why can't we have an exercise channel. I know there is Fit t,v. but who wants to watch girls having babies? They have some really awful things on fit t.v. WHAT IS FIT ABOUT THAT?

katherine sartori Katherine, your body changes dramatically between 12 and 19 years old and often at puberty we gain weird weight in the mid-section first. It will settle out. Ignore your uncle and enjoy your body.
