Exactly same situation with my old man customer. Lawn looked perfect but I took him knowing he would probably be be a pain, he was. Every week I prepare to be fired, or fire him. Fired him once but begged me to come back. But this might be the week 😂

I kept waiting on you to say, those that are non irrigated, and the customer won’t water! Lol! I am 90% done with my fall pre emergents. But I’ve got several that is burnt up right now due to drought, and I just can’t do them. I can’t apply the pre knowing it’s already stressed, and knowing the pre won’t get watered in. Do you have any that doesn’t have irrigation, or the customer just don’t water at all?

@sidneywhitaker9972 that's a good point. It has certainly been dry for the past month. Sometimes I think if we don't get any rain, then hopefully the weeds won't germinate as much either. That may just be wishful thinking

The customer with a weedy lawn that keeps changing lawn companies. The customer that “lawn guy stopped showing up”. Why did they stop showing up? Well the customer shows you in about 3 visits why the lawn guy stopped showing up.

Great examples Jason absolutely correct about turning down those jobs. I do have to say I did try to hire a company to work on my lawn. I saw them drive by, turn around in my cul-de-sac and drive right back past. I have centipede. 2 days later I called the company and said hey what the heck. And they said well you have centipede we don't do that. I'm like that's cool but at least stop or call me and tell me why you passed by my house. They never communicated anything . I had to write a bad review for them before they actually got back in touch with me. I love your approach and your videos and dedication.

My lawn is 80% dallisgrass and 20% other weeds. Hit with MSM and Certainty- It can get nothing but better. I probably ought to have gone with round up. The customer that badmouths a good competitor is one to avoid. The next guy they will bad mouth is you.
