Absolutely agree I’m in Florida and can’t wait to sell my home in September and move away from the craziness, I’m so done

Great video man …. You truly hit the nail on the head 8/10 things for me. I’ve always played it safe all my life but I truly need to make a change. Thanks for the videos, it’s helping!

The only reason I’m doing these videos is to help others from my experience. I don’t ever expect to make a cent from this. Thank you for your wonderful comments. 🙏

Well damn. You made this so easy for me to explain why we are on our way in 3 years. The last 3 people that have asked me why I just sent them this.

Thailand is on my radar. I was in Bangkok briefly in the mid-80's. Now I have to wait a year. Had to movie into a another apartment recently. So more time for research

Yes, do a lot of research. I did for 4 years before moving here. Still, Thailand is changing every day, not for the better. Check out several countries.

I agree with all your points, my 10 reasons seem like they would be identical to yours. Currently i am living in the Divided States of America and, sadly i haven't done a well for myself as you have so i will probably retire at 62 on about $2000/mo SS. When i look at these Thailand videos i feel like Thailand is 'affordable luxury'. Definitely something i would like to experience so hopefully i will be there in about 6 years. Btw, great topic and new sub here. 👍

We’re living now in Northern Virginia DC metro area i hate it here the traffic coast of living and there is not a day pass without a shooting or car jacking and in DC which we’re about 30 minutes drive from i work for a retail company and yes everyday there someone taking stuff and just walk out and there’s nothing we can do about but just watch it happen what so disturbing is that we’re used to it my husband and I agree with what you’re saying great video and well said 👍we’re looking forward to moving to Thailand next year waiting for our daughter to graduate from college

Regarding that supposed number of gun deaths in America, what percentage of those are in the inner city ghetto of Chicago, LA, and NYC? My guess is, over 95%.

I don't think it should matter where they are. This is my point about a divided country. As long as it is not in my neighborhood, it is ok? P.S., when those problems remain unsolved they eventually find their way to your neighborhood as well.

@@RamzeTravels it matters because when you don’t give that context, the assumption from your listener is that risk is spread out evenly across the country, which is absolutely not true. So yeah, if you don’t mind deceiving people, it’s a totally fair statement.

It IS well spread out and distributed...

Sounds horrible…. the US. Losing the good old way, getting messed up and going downhill. Sorry to hear

No more than me. It breaks my heart but I also can’t live in denial and pretend it’s all great when it’s not. I am hoping for the best from afar 🙏

Great one. I agree with 10/10 points. Thailand 8s BY FAR the best luxery affordable country in the world. Where else can u live like a king for 1500-2000$? Nowhere really !
