Thank you for posting this. I rarely curse. This explains why cursing isn't helpful in situations and also keeps me mindful of how I speak to myself and others.

I do at home or around people that are also cursing. I have found that if I limit my interaction with people that curse, I stop. And at home if I avoid caffeine and stress it helps a lot.
