I give 10 amazing reasons why I stay sober from alcohol and other substances.
I quit drinking alcohol back in 2019 and I'm coming up on 4 years of sobriety.

My man ..Hats off to you .. I also went cold turkey 8 months ago and quit alcohol completely. Never looked back ..! I have seen so many videos like this but I have to admit yours is THE BEST..! Thanks for sharing these great insights . I am going to visit this video often to remind myself why I am never going back to drinking again..! Cheers from Ankara, Turkey !

I find myself 110% in this video. I am on just a few days sober but I have the faith that this time is FOREVER. I am close of losing EVERYTHING, family, job, etc

Everything in this video is 100% true for me as well. I am forty two with no recovery. Glad you got help soon in life. It's hard for me to find a good counselor, much less get motivated to go. Excuses excuses lol. Please do a vid on how to make new friends as an adult. Thank you for your time.

Thank you it is strange how one can go and drink a glass of wine but others like u said can’t control what is next And it’s terrifying and feels stupid so much shame that’s why it’s so good just not to put it in your mouth in the first place you are so right I soul slips away and you become someone u don’t like and not to mention the horrible sickness of feeling tired not feeling good just making it not really enjoying your health because u drank too much it takes control of u that’s no way to live it’s good to trust yourself

Im not struggling with alcoholism but your videos are really interesting and I enjoy how you articulate your thoughts and experiences. While I've read other comments showing how you've already helped many people on their journey I expected these videos to have more views as others have made similar videos with more engagement without nearly as much impresion in my opinion. Thanks for posting these clips man.
