Hi coach Paz, absolutely spot on, on all counts !! Your sincere reasoning is hitting me in the gut , but in a positive way. My ex threw away 15 years in 2 weeks , this was 3 weeks ago , so still fresh and now with another guy ,though she broke up and came back twice before ,I took her back cause I truly loved her with all my heart and tried desperately to save our relationship.This time she can go to hell . I'm now realistically realizing that her mindset is emotionally unstable , she has managed to crush my self esteem by telling me loads of things which weren't true at all , so she can definitely go f@@ off to eternity .You have given me the strength to move on once and for all , after endless sleepless nights and bone crushing trauma . You have been a beacon of hope , courage , and strength on the path to my healing , Thank you coach , from the ❤️

I really hope you find this comment. This is by far one of the best KZbin channels regarding healing I have encountered. It’s so genuine and no bullshit. Not telling us what we want to hear but what we need to hear. The channel is focused on healing and personal growth. I watched 3 different videos and I immediately bought the healing course. I am so excited for my journey over the next few months to heal and grow and move forward. This video gives clear instructions that we should heal and hope for a reconnection but not after they’ve been with someone else. It’s so sincere, you can feel it in his voice. I sent one last message to her today. Making it clear that I was going to focus on my growth, and character development over the next few months and if our paths crossed again, perhaps we can’t start something new, but the moment that someone else is involved (on either end) the possibility of reconciliation dies forever. I have never felt so free. So excited for growth. I am happy with either outcome. Either I reconcile or I grow so much that I find better. This course is like seeing the light at the end of the tunnel. It’s so liberating

Nowadays 8 out of 10 women will eventually get bored and monkey branch. 1 out of 10 will end the relationship and rebound, and the last 1 out of 10 is the unicorn who is committed, loyal, and will work through things and grow together, improving together. We supposed to look for the unicorn? I don’t know what to do anymore. The commitment of our parents era is basically gone. Especially as I get older, most of the women at my age or even a few years younger are traumatized and have a bunch of bodies. You can’t get revenge on someone who lied and cheated on you. You can only move on. This person is damaged and looks for other men to fix her. It’s a compulsion. There will always be other men. It’s not about you. It’s this need to feel wanted and the challenge of getting a man who she didn’t think she could get. It’s an insecurity from a deep damage that can’t heal. She’s always going to feel something is missing with whoever she’s with like you
@Paul-of3ut23 күн бұрын
@ChrisM-yq2pq yeah your words are so correct, she is damaged no doubt about that, I really treated her very well I just struggle to understand why she would throw such a good life away but I guess now I understand. I'm better off without her in my life.
@ChrisM-yq2pq23 күн бұрын
@@Paul-of3ut yeah I’ve treated girls well that friend zoned me or didn’t see me long term. You can not believe treating a girl well will make her choose you over a bad boy. If anything she’s into guys who ignore her and mistreat her and even when she’s crying because he’s being mean she’s only wanting him more. Try it out where you don’t get excited with a girl you like and see how she’s doing everything to try to please you more. Women are afraid of commitment when first meeting a guy. They only want it when they see they could lose you to other girls. Giving into a woman too quickly will bore her fast. Women like a challenge. Women like to feel needed. Not needing her validation makes her wonder why you feel she’s worthless and that triggers an anxiety that all women want and feel the need to fulfill with you. Yes it’s backwards logic but that’s why we are men and they are women

***** Need to add to this comment**** Sorry if its long. My Ex asked for the break up a little over 2 months ago. Its been 66 days of No Contact for me so far. We were together for about 4.5 years. Long Distance. I'm in Jersey, shes in Mass. The distance between us was always an issue for her but I had no problem. There is a 17 year difference in age. Me being older. She expressed on several occasions to be married, I have no desire. She pushed constantly me moving up there, I cannot due to work, family and all that goes with that. I never asked her to move here. There are other things I can include in this list but I wont. Just 2 days ago, She posted something on Facebook along with photos of her and another guy spending a long weekend at a resort in RI. I am still friends with her. I am tempted to pull the trigger on blocking her and unfriending her but wanted to hold out a bit longer (90) days or so to see what happens. Obviously she monkey branched me and rebounded to this new guy. Who by the way is a bit younger and lives and works in the same town as her up in Mass. Convenient huh? anyway, I'm torn as to my decision on totally blocking and unfriending her or riding it out on No Contact to see what happens with this rebound. Coach Paz and community, and guidance would help. Thanks all.

As heartbreaking and painful as it can be ,stand your ground 💪, and tell your ex to f@@k off , there aren't words to describe how much I loved and cared for my ex , the pain I'm going through after a 15 year relationship is just immense, I accepted her back twice before, and 3 weeks ago she did it again, and this time round it's been traumatic, believe me !!! All my love has turned into total resentment . So pls get the necessary strength to refuse her straight away , you'll be saving yourself from further and greater pain cause each time it'll get worse, and the one thing that you must keep in mind is that she's been with someone else ,thus violating the sacred temple you had in the relationship, like coach himself said , it's now contaminated!! Stay strong, and believe in you. It'll start to heal with working on yourself .

@@Tyson-tz2jr Well done, as it takes hurt and courage to do it, now focus on yourself and start to move on gradually! The wound will start to heal . Take care of yourself and remember that you deserve better, and she will realize what she lost, her loss , your gain , as painful as it might feel , and remember also that once a rebounder, always a rebounder, they'll remain so , and they'll never find true inner peace, but you will !!

What if we broke up but he never got with anyone? Then he falls sick and is put on medication, he goes to therapy and then comes back bcoz he's not coping with the separation? But he's still refusing to grow up and be reliable.

@@mathehanyane6246 I would advise you to NOT take him back. There’s many reasons but 1 is enough- he lack self accountability and this is major red flag 🚩

Yeah it sounds like you're considering taking him back out of pity. There's more than one good reason not to take back an ex. If you don't respect and admire him that's a good reason not to take him back. You'll be saving him from a lot of hurt in the long run as well, because it wouldn't be a healthy relationship anyway.

I disagree. I and several of my friends took back our exes months or years after they left and got into another relationship. They saw the grass wasn't greener and fought to get us back and we all ended up marrying them 🤷♀️ During the separation we had dated other men as well. Sometimes people don't know what they've lost til it's gone. People grow through learning lessons. You don't know what you don't know and by closing doors and not working through issues together you could be depriving yourself of an even deeper connection than you would ever get with someone new

@@PazGoldmanOfficial I was married for 15 happy years. I am no longer married and am starting to date again in this completely unrecognizable dating culture I've experienced this one chance mentality where I was discarded for not immefiately getting everything exactly right and perfect by the first man I dated (after I had not dated for 18 years, which he knew). There were extenuating circumstances that could have easily been worked out with some communication but he decided to ghost me instead and just go find a new girlfriend despite the fact that we had extremely high compatibility and chemistry, which in my experience is rare I'm sure his new girl will end up being discarded too, and the cycle will continue even though he says he wants to get married and have kids, and I'm left wondering what the point of dating is if this is how people relate to each other now When I dated before I was married the goal was to stay together, not throw each other away at the first sign of a minor inconvenience

You clearly don’t understand how men think. You’ll learn with time though.
