The capacity to love means you have a healthy brain that is able to create attachments and teams. For this person, don't try to kill the love, but just love from afar. They are too toxic for you to love beside them. They will slowly break you down, and it's not worth it, know your boundaries, it's your job to protect yourself. 6 years together and he has a new gf after 3 weeks. Couldn’t even breakup in person it was through a text and he said “he’s happy.” In gonna be 31 single w no kids and he’s happy in another relationship. This is an unbearable pain.

It happened to me. 6 years in, helped her with her career, took her children in like they was mines, and in one week she threw it away like it meant nothing. After I moved out, she moved him in the next day. From what people tell me that they stay in arguments. That shows that rebound relationships never work. But her jumping into a fast relationship wasnt pain for me, it was a relief to know that she wasnt the one for me.

I noticed when I step back and watch my and others break ups when they end by betrayal I see the patterns he is discussing and this person will go on and on in this same pattern.I have seen it over and over again

Im only starting to feel the ease of the pain in my heart after 5 months. I didnt see the breakups comming . We wrte 08 years together .he was the most beautiful kind giving generous man i ever knew. .we has a pure soul connection . I still have lots of love for him but the heartache is easing I see a lot of my own contribution during these monts of reflection ❤ ❤❤

I hope my ex returns to me from her rebound. She was my first actual love, and if you know anything about men, we never forget our first love. If she doesn't come back I'm staying single forever because it's unfair for a woman to marry me while i still love my ex. Even if she's okay with it, my integrity just wouldn't let me. I'm praying to god everyday she returns. 💔

I have yo agree I thought the pain in my heart would never heal, I lost a half stone in weight could not sleep .eat or think It's possible to die of a broken heart . You have to heal and build your self confidence

I was in a relaionship for 5 years, he lied and said he just wanted space and move out. Then cllicked and got him to admit he was in a relaionship and cheating. He loved bombed me. Told me he loved me, then broke up. Begging to be friends. I was in shock. I lost 2 half stone in a month and a half. I am in no contact .he is 40 and he went with a 25 year old. My heart was broken. Still messages me now, asking how i am.do these age gap relationships last?

My heart bleeds for you hearing this. I've been in similar pain before. It is awful but I promise over time it will get better. YOU CAN DO BETTER THAN THIS GUY. Try to reconnect as much as possible with good friends. Lean on them if you need to. Try to eat something filling even if bland a couple of times a day to start with. I ate oatmeal/porridge every day for a month. Try to do some meditation and focus your attention on tasks/work. But ease into these things and you will get there. I educated myself on attachment styles and my own anxious style, of low self worth and still am today, so that next time someone that is healthy for me appears. You deserve better, love! ❤

@@PazGoldmanOfficial I just want to know in general. How do we actually know if that relationship is a rebound or actually a new relationship, And yes, my ex has a new partner after only 2 months. We wer together for 3.4 years/months and the last 6 months, living together. They are all over social media and my ex even blocked me from everything after seeing their picture on FB. It was during covid I want to save money she want to spend money I said this isn't going to work out after I just spent $1,500 on a cat. I worked on myself internally when I bike rides worked out increased my income she she was in a relationship by the time December 2020 rolled around. We broke up in May of 2020.
