Learn how to fall! That helped me get over some of my fear, now that I know the “proper” way to fall I know most of the time it won’t be that bad and it helped me accept it as a normal inevitability if I want to grow and improve :)

I finally got my skates in October but I live in a state that experiences a lot of ice and snow in the fall, winter, and early spring.
