I love stories from Arkansas. I live here, grew up here and I hunt in the woods of Northwest Arkansas. Yes, there are things out there. My father in law was a Game warden for almost 40 years. I've been listening to videos like this for so long trying to find a story about that type of monster in the woods. I'm from Arkansas and when I was 8 years old me and my cousin walked up on an abandoned house in the woods and the exact creature he described in the first story was hanging out of the window. It looked surprised kind of caught off guard it just hung there in the window slowly showing its teeth. I'm literally tearing up rn. the most horrifying looking thing I've ever seen in my entire life! it's been 20 years now and I've never told anybody. This really gives me the creeps because I still live on the same land that we seen it on.

The stories that stood out to me the most was the one called “the whimpering thing”, which I think was read sometime in 2019? Then there was one about this incessant but faint howling that a person kept hearing on their property and one morning they saw a messed up looking deer in their driveway and the noise was coming from that. Third, there was a story going around that have been narrated by a number of horror narrators and it was about this canine like creature on a family farm that Three different generations had to deal with.

Does anyone remember a story about a canadian search and rescue dude looking for a missing person? He finds a cave with a flintlock pistol in it alongside newer evidence of people and goes inside. He ends up face to face with a pale humanoid and shoots it with his flaregun. The creature catches the sizzling flare in it's fingers and looks at it curiously, giving our guy time to escape. The narrator decides that it was probably a "vampire" that had stalked the region since before the first white settlers. Does this ring any bells? It was the scariest! It gave me nightmares. 😱

We were standing around the fire, and the boy looked back and saw my daughter, and he literally stepped THROUGH the fire. He came through so fast, it didn't hurt him. @@hellyvillarreal8813 Are you getting vertigo from an inner ear problem? My best friend had that and got it under control. It was very bad, but the doctor was able to get her in a better state so that it is not an issue now. I think it's called meniers disease? Anyway, don't give up, there ARE Treatments ! It is awful. But, can be kept under control. I don't know if that's what you have, but I want you to have a positive outcome, which is definitely possible!!

I absolutely love that you didn't label this video "top scariest stories EVER" and said that it's not the best ever, it's ones you remember and love from the last few years, and that tastes vary. I am subscribing for that. And the scary stories :)

That last story when he had that dream + the audio..... I got chills. If that was not a VERRY clear warning.... Then I don’t know what is. HE SAID NOT SAFE! Like come on man Go home😭. Good grief. I would have immediately left. That last story disrupted my morning calm not going to lie.

Hill 29... That is the best story i have heard in a Long time! There have been good and scary stories, even great stories.. But that one.. just takes you right in into the forrest. Om just sad about the ending.. It just needed a more...... just a different ending? 😅 A more closed ending?
