I’m having my first SAT tomorrow! Wish me luck!! UPDATE: I think I got a lower score than from my PSAT...some of the information helped. I'm not sure till the results come out. I will keep you guys posted ;) UPDATE #2: Let’s just say I passed the average SAT score which is 1050 (I got 1060) so I’m kinda proud of it like it succeeds my low expectation of getting below 1000. But yeah...I need a lot of improvement

Stupid stupid stupid me!!! I'm so mad at myself since I procrastinated and put kept putting my studying off and now it's the evening before my test. I already know imma flunk it. Oh well, hopefully I've learned my lesson and will NEVER do the same thing ever again. Wish my luck (not that I deserve it 😭)

When it comes out next fall - generally it drops October 1. It’s not due until June but you will lose opportunities if you wait. Many colleges will require it earlier.

Why wasn't the answer at 5:33 choice B? Answer A is 5x + 3y + 3 = 0 so the a and b values are both positive, yet the formula is -a/b. Shouldn't it answer B, since you have a negative sign in front of the three? (5x -3y + 3 = 0 -- that gives you 5/-3, which is still equal to -5/3)

its -a/b which will be -5/-3 or 5/3

look at what students that have already been admitted have done in terms of grades, tests scores, and extracurriculars. match those grades and test scores, get involved in similarly impressive extracurriculars.

ARE THE COLLEGES CONSIDERING THE SAT/ACT SCORES FOR FALL 2022??[ I've heard the all the UC'S and other colleges have gone test-optional] I rlly need this piece of information! Someone help?

Almost all schools are test optional through this fall 2021. That means they do consider the tests. Only the UCs and a couple other schools are test blind. By 2022 many schools are probably going to go back to requiring a test. Those that don’t will for the most part B test optional not blind.
