It’s always difficult to know when cutting ties is the right decision, but Buddhism emphasizes letting go to find peace. In your opinion, how can we truly recognize when staying in contact is harming our inner self? I’d love to hear your thoughts!

🙏 Buddhism teaches us to practice mindfulness and self-awareness, which are key in recognizing when relationships become toxic. If someone consistently disrupts your inner peace, makes you doubt your self-worth, or pulls you away from your values, it may be a sign to let go
