I think this kind of makes sense why I met my partner though online friends and had such a hard time with in person dating. I’m not very confident, I don’t have much of a presence, and I space out a lot, especially when I’m in a new place or with someone I don’t know. But when I am with people I know I’m much more comfortable talking and joking and telling stories. Obviously you have to get from A to B somehow, most of our mutual friends are the very loud and excitable type, so it was okay that I was quiet. Well these are so true , for someone who doesnt have attractive physique i am quite chunky . Back in the college i never gotten anyone's attention , nor attract someone .. i was like never exist , this is because i was feeling down a lot of times , because of how i look and because how everyone looks better than me. It took me some years to realize my worth, and to be honest: People notice when ur confident. Its sometimes not easy to be confident at all, when having rough times. But they will approach you differently, and you‘ll be at more inner piece. The last 2 years were the most happiest I‘ve ever had, and its only getting better. Make time for yourself. Listen to your own needs. Draw lines if needed. Bad days will come, but don‘t let them drag you down. You got this!

I generally tend to not focus on most of these things well besides trying to be just in general nice and forgiving of others. I'm only 14 gonna be 15 in a month and im aware that i barely know anything about the world and im OK with that. I know that the person i am in like 10 years isnt me as i am now so i tend to not rush in stuff like getting into serious relationships since im still young and dumb. I do switch my body language dependent on who im with but i generally keep my group of friends pretty small, since im not really a social and outgoing guy, and im not gonna try to pretend to be one. Im just planning to organize my life way more in terms of friends and stuff when i get out of highschool and all that. Im a thinker tends to be pretty knowledgeable in a lot since thats what i tend to spend most of my time doing. One thing im really grateful for is that i have parents that talked about more interesting stuff that wasnt the most normal things for a kid to know and werent afraid to talk about their emotions and other peoples emotions which over time made me really good at expressing my emotions via talking about it. Ive kinda of been the "therapist" ig for some of my friends who struggle with mental health and such since ive never really been a judgemental person since i think its just unneccessary effort to judge people for their own problems and i kinda help them figure out more about their emotions. This isnt really meant to be a self gratifying comment more of a comment expressing my gratitute towards my parents that were so open to talk about topics that a kid usually wouldnt think about or pay any mind to. I feel like it has given me a really valueable ability to be able to express my issues and emotions to people instead of just locking it away.

Fake it till you make it, it worked for me. So like when you think negative about yourself, you flip it so that you complement yourself. Ex: "I'm so ugly..." your next thought should be "no I'm not, im beautiful" it will take a while but it works, you just have to actively work for it.
