Coach Adrian, because of watching uour videos and coach Alex's video. It helped me focus on investing myself. I tidy all my stuffs, the first action I took for a healthy start of myself. I decided to go healthy, exercise and sleeping early. I also decided to take up a course snd study again which I procastinated. Thank you for the boost of motivation.
