Coach Adrian, thank you for this video, 1.5 yrs together, we had a good relationship. No fighting or arguing. The issue was mostly with me. Dealing with grief from loss, depression and anxiety. He ended our relationship very abruptly. I had no idea breaking up was in his mind!! It's been a year now. I did all the wrong things due to fear of loosing him completely. When we did text he seemed excited to talk, but then a few days later BAM, blocked again. This happened several times. He's now told me to LEAVE HIM ALONE. He told me to stop trying to interject myself back into his life. I really do love this man.

My husband left after 26 years of marriage. He asked for a separation and lived under the same roof for about five months while he was seeing another person. I really need to ask you this. Our breakup was complicated by a blended family. But not viscious so let me ask you, I believe in the no contact rule, but if she is reaching out to say or text goodnight, goodmorning or going out with me on dates pretty regularly, even mentioning future stuff, what is my next move?
