Those who do often lose. #7 - Volcanoes, never trust them, very uppity mountains with a lot of attitude. #8 - Cairo construction, learn how to build properly. #9 - Russian highway, perfect(?) timing. #10 - Snow happens. #11 - Lucky guy, that was certainly a miracle.
