That's not how chrome works on air vehicles saintsfan. You'd be reflecting the ground surface meaning you'd stick out like a sore thumb. You are also reflecting the sun from above. Not camo at all. Stick with light blues or black.

Not really. Using the closest camera is good if you have bad vision or a sub-par TV like me, and want to aim 40mm cannons accurately. I’d use the furthest camera in any other situation.

Awesome Pilot information : If you're getting locked onto by missile and your aircraft doesn't have counter measures either steer up and down relatively quickly to shake the rockets or if you're feeling a bit dangerous turn either up or down right when the rocket is about to hit you. Both aren't 100% guaranteed to work in all aircrafts but they do work in most.

Here's a good tip that I actually found myself, if someone shoots a missle at you, you can either hold left on the anolog stick and your jet will do a barrel roll dodging the missles. Or you can let go of RT completely to stop the jet engine and turn left or right and since the homing missles only go after heat, if you shut off your engine, the missle will fly past you but the only downside to this is that if you're dogfighting someone and you try this trick against them, they can easily shoot you down with the explosive cannons.

Chrome has the flaw of reflecting the ground. The bottom of your aircraft is going to be darker than the top no matter what so blending into your surroundings directly is usually more ideal for avoiding direct visibility from enemies

I use diamond blue. It works perfectly and always have used it for camo. Chrome should NEVER be used, you reflect sun glare way across the map because of the chrome so your easy to spot. 💯 hope this helps👌🏼

The jet is not made chrome for stealth for the record, It will not effect the radar but visually chrome is amazing, at night the plane is almost invisible and during the day the plane appears in places that is it’s not in an optical illusion.

I'm a pilot, an expert pilot, lemme tell you what's right and what's wrong. For the chrome/black color on jets, it's very easy to see a chrome jet, you've basically become a mirror, which means you also reflect the sun, which means at certain angles, you are invulnerable. The matte black color, it could work if the pilot is using off the radar or the person chasing the matte black jet doesn't have their map on, other than that, it's useless. Why would I want to know about being able to boost out of water, most pilots dogfight high in the sky. Also, if you're gonna call Gerald and have your plane spawn closer, don't do it in the streets of Los Santos, because it's fucking hard trying not to hit buildings when flying it off the streets.

pro tips for piloting helicopters: if you tilt forward while holding s on your keyboard, can put the helicopter into a dive. when you once again press w. you will come out of the dive going much faster then the helicopter would normally be able to go (i topped better then 200 in a buzzard with this trick)

Another thing is I remember a glitch that you could put a glitched Crome with crew colour and because of that the game glitched and nothing could lock on to my hydra, think it’s patched, if not it’s gonna be a crazy glitch!
