It's good to pick yogurt with 2% fat instead of 0% because fats help the absorption of many nutrients such as fat soluble vitamins.

Hi there! I am a new subscriber and think your videos are awesome. I was wondering if you had any tips on going from treadmill to outdoor running? I have been training on my treadmill over the past 6 weeks and went for my first outdoor run yesterday and it was drastically harder. I have my first 5k next month so hoping to get myself ready for that. I am able to run 6k currently on my treadmill. Thanks❤
