Very informative! We love that there's four seasons, milder weather, lower taxes, and more things which we can experience down there; however, someone considering moving to the area might also like to see a video about things, say, like the expenses of utilities, registering your car for the first time, additional costs like subscriptions to fire coverage(something I learned about watching a video on TN). It's some of those additional cost for things which we might not consider when relocating. Nonetheless, I heard many years ago about how beautiful the Greenville area was; it's just taken us too many years to start thinking about fleeing from up north.

My! A glowing review of a city from a realtor who, let me guess, just might have some properties for sale there? What a surprise! That's what I really enjoy, a clear and concise review of a city from someone that has absolutely no vested interest in it! I guess it could be worse. Like Shakespeare said, "The first thing we do, we kill all the lawyers". I wish no one any harm, always been a peaceful sort of guy. But I wouldn't mind some people being rode out of town on a rail, and I don't even know what that means. Sounds good though.
@johnball8758 Жыл бұрын
Yes, he doesn't mention the negatives. So hot and muggy that it's like a steam bath. Mosquitoes are relentless. Car insurance is high because roads and even side walks can't keep up with the influx of transplants. People ignore road signs because they know police can't keep up in a sea of cars. I miss the old,quiet Greenville.

If you have a lot of money or don’t mind being an hour away that’s possible. I moved from upstate NY where we lived on 5 acres to here in Greer SC on .75 acres. That is considered a big lot here.

Nah, the interstate is the worst way to travel. There are always wrecks near Spartanburg and Anderson. It’s easier to go backroads imo. You can find multiple alternate routes but when you are on the interstate, you’re stuck until the next exit
