Hi! I'm first year vet student and the college start for 3 weeks currently. Within that 3 weeks, we had 2 practicum which each has pretest which I failed in both. Although I'm definitely not alone, the way I keep failing is certainly very frustrating. So finding that there's actually vet students making study tips videos make me really happy. Thank you for sharing!

@@JeonChimi-hr6yz I went to a public university in my country so the requirement is according to the education system in my country. It's either a report score, national exam, or personal admission.

@@JeonChimi-hr6yz I think it varies depends on which university you're talking about because usually universities have different requirements for overseas and local students, and each have different requirements. But usually it's passing their entrance exam and having at least a pass score of their language (like in Canada needing IELTS or TOEFL in America) again, depends on the university on what score you need. If you're confused/overwhelmed, you can use agents anytime. Pay more but they take care of everything for you.

@@raisar00 I'm sorry, I'm not familiar with A levels. I believe that's specific to the UK and I'm from the US. Are you planning on going to Vet School in the US? In that case, I can direct you to a list of required courses based on the school 😊

this might be a dumb question but do all profs give you handouts/notes of the lessons? because right now i'm a senior in high school and i'm having a hard time keeping up with the lessons while taking notes at the same time, so i'm really nervous if i can do well in univ

Hey Cheska that’s definitely a valid question! We do get given handouts of the lessons at Cambridge 99.9% of the time, and now with lectures being online, most are recorded as well so I find that helps when trying to catch up with work :)

Is it difficult to make friends at university? When I go I'll be alone and I'm nervous I won't meet anyone 😅

Ahh it can feel very daunting (I rmb feeling v nervous back in first year too), but I found vet students generally really friendly, and I'd implore you to push yourself out of your comfort zone to say hi to the person or make the first introduction, people are generally worrying about the same thing, so you will definitely be able to make friends, especially by joining student clubs and societies to get involve in events :)!
