Oshawa is the dirtiest and most least affordable city as if people have $700,000 lying around in their bank account for a house in this day and age not to mention the crime rates here the amount of homeless people dirty streets sewers that constantly smell of bodily fluids. It's a gross city. I don't recommend living here

We must be living in a different city, then, or at the very least, a different area of the city. Lots of homeless in Memorial Park downtown etc, due to the opioid crisis that unfortunately now affects every city everywhere. In other parts of the city, though, it’s really nice. 700k for a detached home is a lot cheaper than anywhere else, which is why so many people are buying here. We back on the ravine, and it’s gorgeous here. Really nice neighbours, too. Streets are clean and well maintained, no stink from the sewers. City landscaping is top notch. As with every other city, it depends where you live.

Oshawa, like any other city, has areas of high and low crime. Your comment of the whole city is based off the data of a specific area; misleading.
