I have lived here for 20 years and Rosslyn is great...like the Brooklyn of NYC! And tourists CAN be spotted a mile away, especially families/groups that walk slow & are staring up at those tall buildings. The locals are heads-down and just want to get to the Metro station quickly.

It's the private jets that fly in overnight and can pay the noise penalty that bother me.

I did not know that was a thing you could do. I always thought those were random delayed planes. Yes those ones are annoying.
