I just had a phone video Microsoft Teams interview today and I mentioned that I have an interview on Monday but I was available for an in person interview Monday afternoon or Tuesday afternoon and I feel guilty that I said that I had an interview lined up. The interview did go very well. Thank you for not making me feel guilty. I’m just very talkative and honest. ❤

When I think of my weakness, I think back to when I had to figure out what I wanted in a career path. My weakness was stick into a role (sales) that I didn’t enjoy doing. Once I learned how to pivot into other roles like (management roles) that’s when I begin make stride & started running into the right roles that fit me.

I once got rejected for not being "ambitious enough." They wanted to know what my plan was to move up in the company and I hadn't really thought about it because I was so focused on the job I was applying for.
