Yes Warner Robins has everything you need and an awesome Waterpark Rigbys Water World which is expanding next year. Also Tommy Stalkner Aquatic Center with indoor heated pools is opening January 20 to the public.

Thank you for the info. Planning on moving to WR as a retired couple and it looks real good. Been living & working in Fla for many years & it time to move on. Came up a while back and checked it out and it seems to be just right for us. I'm sure the weather will be just fine as we will get a break from the heat that doesn't seem to happen in FLA very often. Looking forward to a change.

Absolutely! You still get the nice weather, but the heat is much more bearable. Here is my business card Mike. I’d love to help you and the family move! Let me know how I can best serve you. Https://www.liinks.co/lukesmith

Warner Robins, Ga has gone down the crapper. I moved here when I was 12yrs old. And it was a great town until about 5-7 yrs. ago. Crime is through the roof & the city is filthy..

I think that may be a little over exaggerated in comparison to the nation as a whole. I respect it though! Every city has their pros and cons.

A little info on the Tommy Stalkner Aqua Center indoor pools in Warner Robins. They're opening to the public February 10th. I talked to the manager. They don't have a phone yet. They will be open in the morning forget the time and in the afternoon from 3 to 8pm. You can pay as little as 4 to $8 per day or a monthly fee. The pools are heated to 86F year round. This new center is across from Rigby's. Also Rigby's goal is to have an olympic sized pool with 2 diving boards and lillypads for children by May when they open. The pool is much deeper then they're adult pool at Hideaway Falls. Note this pool may not be open by opening if something goes wrong but they're building something now so hopefully it will be ready by May. Also there is a shopping center going up in front of Rigby's though this isn't affliliated with Rigby's.

Rigby's has a new waterpark gift shop. I don't know if it's open yet or it will open in May when they open up the waterpark but you get 10% off gifts if you buy a season pass.

@LivingInMiddleGeorgia They're also hoping to have a new pool related object open by May. I won't spoil it but I can't wait to use it. I know what it is.

More info on the gift shop. I was over at Rigby's today to get my picture made for my Season Pass and I asked about the gift shop. It's inside the waterpark on the right past the tickets. It will sell souvineers like keychains,cups,t-shirts etc. It isn't opening till the first weekend when the waterpark opens which I believe will be May 15th or 16th. I mentioned to them last year they needed a gift shop.

My phone cause the paragraphs to look this way. I didn't intentionally write it like that.

Originally "EDIMGIAFAD" meant "Every Day in Middle GA is Air Force Appreciation Day". That was, of course, because of Robins AFB. Over the years the definition was changed to honor all branches of the services.

The biggest drawback is the heat and humidity. Other than that, middle GA is a great place to be.

You'll have to take that up with the weather channel. I just took the averages. I live here as well and it's been so cold you have to wear a sweatshirt in the mornings to go outside.

What he doesn't tell you is that if you are LGBTQIA or brown-skinned, be careful. People are judgy and will shove their Bible down your throat, call you an abomination if you're LGBTQIA or non-compliant on mainstream religion. If you fight for equality or have a problem with police brutality, you're going to have problems. The area is highly Repiblican, so be careful speaking up about human rights & God help you if you're having to lean on the welfare system. You will be judged, crucified, & buried under an insurmountable level of hate. Lastly, if you believe in cannabis freedoms, don't come here. Not only will you be called a druggie or a bum behind hands, but people will actively attempt to police you. That being said, WR (and Georgia in general) has its positives. The natural areas are lovely, the rivers gorgeous, & the hunting amazing. Good luck!
