An argument i witnessed get out of hand was late in evening at a carnival, it involved a house nearby where i saw people arguing ..the next thing they had picked up a massive metal BBQ & threw it through the front window of the house taking a wall down with it. A drugged up child was one of the people coming outta the property. As well as i presumbe the owner ,,an older lady screaming at her house being demolished. I felt so sick & so sad. It's hard to forget what i witnessed.

Was at baseball game, minor league I think, and one of the teams scored a double which made the fans go wild. Apparently the fans grabbed one of the opposing teams fans to the top of the bleachers and tossed him off the top hitting the grass below about 20 feet high. Game was never stopped and the guy that got thrown didn’t come back. I spent the rest of the game watching my back and looking for something to defend myself with 😰

The postal worker. Probably had some kind of mental health issue. Medical information is private and protecting by law. USPS is an equal opportunity employer. I know that most people from the military work there after completing military service. I’m not saying he served. But usps takes really good care of their veterans. I’m not saying any of this relates to the guy your talking about. But there’s probably a good reason why not much information is out, including an ongoing investigation.

As long as the Uber driver only shot an armed passenger and not one of the unarmed ones he should face no charges of any kind. And even with that situation as long as it was a person being caught in the cross fire he should not be charged for hitting one of the other passengers.

Nothing should happen to the driver. Plain and clear case of self defense. He tried to diffuse the situation by telling them to get out and find another service. They pulled the firearm and pointed it in his direction, when automatically initiated the legal use of lethal force to defend himself and his property. The moral of the story is, don't pull your pistol unless you intend on using it, or someone might beat you to it...

If his testimony is true then the Uber driver shouldn't be held for any crime. Especially if it's a stand your ground state but either way they pulled the gun first. I don't know if he can prove they pulled a gun on him before he pulled his gun, but if he can prove that then it's an open and shut self-defense. However, if he isn't a natural born citizen than he probably should be deported, but not charged with any crime unless the gun wasn't registered or he wasn't legally permitted to carry a concealed firearm. Either way if he is not a citizen of the United States he should probably be deported.
