The most funny thing about the Abdullah the Butcher thing is that it wasn't the only time somebody "died" and then just came back on a Halloween Havoc PPV. The Giant fell off the roof of the Arena "to his death" after a monster truck thing with Hogan, only to completely no sell it and come out for his World Title match against Hogan later in the night like nothing happened.

Not just later in the night.......it was part of the same segment. He falls off the building. Hogan screams in horror, and starts crying. Then comes to the ring, still crying, because he essentially just killed a guy. And then out comes the Giant, and later in the segment a giant mummy came out, and for reasons that were never explained, they proceeded to start dry humping Hogan's legs.

the "judy bagwell on a forklift" match was actually just a regular winner gets the valet / manager / whoever's contract match, which was common, and they actually still do.. the fact she was on a forklift really had nothing to do with the match stipulation. much like lesnar vs reigns was not a tractor match, but there was one in it.

The finish between Sting and Hogan makes perfect sense. Hogan (as usual, didn't want to do what was best for business) bullied referee Nick Patrick into doing a regular count knowing what would happen and that it would make Sting and Bret Hart look stupid as a result.

WCW was the greatest promotion It should still be running It practically was THE BRAND of pro wrestling When you thought of pro wrestling you thought probably WCW. If not WWF Since it was that big and that powerful it makes you wonder why it went out of business When something gets that big and that powerful and becomes a force it just keeps going. At 46 years old now I was so disappointed in 1991 that I wasn’t able to watch Havoc 1991 as no TV channel in UK ever showed WCW ppvs, yet I remember the build up to the event quite well, even the point where they changed one of the participants from One Man Gang to Abdullah.
