Helping weak men to become strong thank you Antonio and your crew
@TomBombadil123
@TomBombadil123 9 ай бұрын
Not really. It just helps make people not think you are "weak", whatever that means. I don't believe this helps outside of job interviews or first impressions with important people. Why would you care what a stranger on a street or a coworker you never talk thinks about you? This has nothing to do with strength and everything to do with giving the illusion of confidence.

Antonio thanks for this, I survived a stroke at age 27 so I walk with a cane now (pretty cool huh?) and even 12 years removed I have to pay attention to my walking posture and gait almost at all times. I walk 3-5 miles everyday for exercise and as a part of my morning routine so I have tonnes of time to make micro-corrections. Over the last 12 years I think I've gotten to a point where my walking looks mostly normal albeit with a slight limp which the cane reduces a lot. Anyway, thanks for all of the content on your channel. You help guys A LOT more than you probably realize!

Antonio, the main one I have is the looking down one, especially on uneven surfaces. The reason for this is that I am half blind, and I tend to look down sometimes to ensure there's nothing that will trip me up. It's not an always thing, but happens often enough that it could be perceived as weak (from the video). Great tips overall, as I've found myself trying to do these already.

Antonio, channel's looking stellar. Content is great, you are in a good mood and all the technical aspects are now of very good quality. I also noticed that "smart shopping" has been left out of the classic intro in the latest videos. Keep up the good work Sir.

I had the pleasure of meeting a 92 year old former WWII Sergeant Major from our Australian Army. Sergeant Major Holland used to lead his command in their memorial marches - still to the day he "walked with a purpose". His stride was inline with the 30 inch pace we were trained to march with. We all know that the Sergeant Major run the Armies - regardless of country.

Hey Antonio... Can you make up a video on how to enter a room full of people, how to acknowledge every one, specially they're if seeing you after some small gap in time ...all with confidence & bravado but without looking like a showoff ? Thanks

You’re able to sell products even in a “walk with confidence video”. That’s hilarious 😂

It does help me a lot, I tried to make video myself while walking, and I saw the difference walking by your normal style and walking with confidence..

in my opinion when you're mentally confident in yourself you don't need any hacks or any dos & don'ts.. everything just comes naturally. ✌️ much informative video though 👍👏👏
