I’ve never tried a December Daily, but I love all of these tips. These are actually great tips for starting to work on any album or project (like Christmas cards). Well done, Chelsey!

I didn't think about it at the time, but yes these tips would apply to all types of projects. I'm so glad you found something helpful in this video even though you don't make a DD album.

With the Album you have with no Journalling, may I recommend asking Family and Friends for their thoughts & input of what was happening that day in the photos, they may have their memories that they can share and it will piece together the stories of that time... I appreciate that you may have already done this... 😍

Thanks so much for all the tips! I’m actually have the Days of December sketchbook out on my table, papers and other bits collected, stamp sets gathered, photos in an album on my phone, all to create a 1st year baby book for my 3 granddaughters! Oh, and I intend to give them as Christmas presents 🎁 😮 So these tips will really help! Wish me luck! 😂😂❤❤

The thought came to me that if things went south & you only ended up with a few days documented; that if you have purchased the story telling by Stacy Julian, then you could do a 12 X 12 combination layout utilizing the different size pages & flip flaps & document your pages in this manner in your album which I think is a good alternative to having a 25 or 31 day mini album & not so overwhelming for those who are busy or really feel pressured in doing a whole monthly daily album. It could even be done using two 12 X 12 pages which open out to show the stories & photos inside done in flip flaps & smaller size pages, sort of a mini book in your family album with the theme of Christmas. This could be a really fun interactive project in your album for the family especially the children to look through in later years.
