While relatively rare, I look for high armholes with shirts as well as atypical cuff styles and configurations. For trousers, a combination of a split waistband (like the one you showed in the video) and the so called French fly are usually good indicators. Stitch density is a solid one anyone can usually start noticing without too much of a learning curve so that's a great intro tip. Nice use of illustrative garments, Antonio.

Spend twice as much but have half the items. My latest made shirts are supirior. You wait 3 weeks and you get it the way you want. Do not get upset about the wait, you have to wash and wear the shirts a feew times anyway before it seatle to its final shape. Shirts are not exacly the most important pice, but it is nice to have 5 realy good ones, where you can take your jacket/sweeter of and still feel great in them: - white - light blue - stripe - checkers - light blue dress denim
