Going by your investment plan, you would have invested 3.6 lakhs totally in 10 years. Assuming returns at 12 to 15% , your final value would be between 7.5 and 8.5 lakhs . Your 3.6 lakhs would become 7.5 to 8.5 lakhs. On the other hand, let's say you've invested 3.6 lakhs as lump sum for 10 years at the same rate between 12 and 15%. Your final investment value would be between 12 to 14.5 lakhs. Conclusion... That's the power of lump sum as opposed to monthly SIP. Based on your financial availability, you can plan your future financial goals. All the best
