Very insightful podcast , it would be great if you ask whether it would be better to have a diversification in index fund equity portfolio like having multiple country exposures , that is 50% in nifty 50 , 25% in S&P 500 and 25% in NASDAQ 100 , and for fixed income what will be a good simple long term investment like nifty50 was in equity , would also be useful to ask some rebalancing tips for the portfolio between equity and fixed income as a follow up in the Part 2

Don't take Deductible class Policy. Manipal Cigna mis sold the policy with Deductible class. I have been cheated by Manipal Cigna after 7 years premium paid. First time claim fully rejected while claim applied we know that the policy was with Deductible class. Be careful before buying Health Insurance Policies. Cigna TTK very worst company with high premium n very poor service. Don't go with MANIPAL CIGNA

Sir, why not we save seperately for medical expenses from our pocket rather getting any insurance which has 18% loss upfront due to GST and problems during claiming our own money during emergency. Even basic medical expenses for pregnancy checkup, full body checkup, dental and eye care cannot be claimed. On top of this travel expenses back and forth to hospital. 😅

We have booked a flat AKSHAYA TODAY.Even after 10years neither completed nor finished and handed over to us. We are paying both EMI and RENT now. We don't know when we get our home. Even after our death we will get. We don't know. Very worst construction. Already building life 50% gone. Don't buy these akshaya flats otherwise ready to occupy. They are diversified the customers money.they are cheating all buyers for the past 10 years. Be careful.
