My best workout over the past 10 years was running through woodland. Not on the path but through the undergrowth and the trees, ducking and leaping over obstacles. OK a few scratches but it is what we were built for. Every muscle ached the first time. Most importantly it was fun and exhilarating unlike any indoor exercise. Try it.

I found a great doctor (who is also a researcher) for my migraines, jaw pain, ear pain etc. He told me I was swallowing like a baby and sent to a physio for tongue rehab. The movement of the tongue directly impacts the curve of the vertebras, it also impacts how your teeth grow, lots. Idk if you've already talked about maxilofacial health but It's really important. yay tongue workout lol

Fascia is a fascinating subject. What do don’t know is that they are involved in a spiritual dimension too. It would be amazing if you explored fascia further as sadly they are totally ignored by modern orthodox medicine. RH, an MD

I bought your audible book. Will I be able to learn the exercises you refer to. I currently spend about 2.5 hours doing yoga meditation and walking at least 2 miles.

Kelly, Respectfully I would suggest that you just share your knowledge rather than trying so hard to sound knowledgable. Skip the long winded examples and anecdotes. Your audience here is likely going to be insightful enough to get it.

10 minutes here, 15 there, run a couple miles but make some time for exercise everyday. You will feel much better, good luck with the sex especially at 110.
