I am glad I could really do that. Even if one person feels uplifted and confident in their own skin after watching my videos I feel like my job is done. Growing up I struggled a lot with accepting my body type so when I see these comments they make me feel good about what I do, so Thankyou ♥️

I was a skinny girl of 24 age last year before lockdown and my weight was 35kg can you imagine..and every one was like kuch kha pia kar..and i am junkfood lover but usse bhi mera weight gain ni hota tha blkul i tried lots of things but they didn't workout..mean jo chize girls avoid krti thi jinse weight gain na ho i am in love with those food..and magic happened and after the lockdown was gained weight 35 to 55 and right now i am 60.. And now people be like bs todi si patli hoja..so the thing is people gona judge you no matter what..but my only concern to loose some belly fat thats it

@rajashree there is no particular diet even i eat the same as before.. But the thing is last year lockdown se phle i used to eat only outside food but in Lockdown i couldn't find anything from outside so i had to make everything at home and i think that workedout for me.. 😊

Whenever you bought jeans first measure your waist if your pear shaped then buy 1 size large and easy trick is just hold your hand from elbow horizontally at where you put belt .and other is take the jeans and put at your neck

She is wearing a trouser/jeans from zara and since they are mostly a perfect mix of cotton, viscose and elastane these tend to stretch on the right places unlike most jeans. You can go for trousers instead of jeans. I tried it. Its a game changer!!
