Hello, Erin. I was looking for dresses for short, plus-sized women and I found your channel today and stopped looking. I don't know if you address that issue, but that didn't matter after I started watching a few of your videos. I liked you instantly. Why? Because you are so real. You don't put on airs. I don't feel intimidated. You are soft-spoken; and to me, your advice, tips, and hacks are spot on. I chuckled when you said not to forget to look in the rear and you had tp hanging out of your pants. Although I am 67, short, and, as my grandson said "chunky", you showed me some things I can incorporate into my wardrobe. My goal this year is to change my style, it's time! Yay !!!!!you mentioned posture. It's huge in how you look. I was at a wedding last week and the bride in her strapless gown was beautiful. BUT SLOUCHED the entire time. Like I tell my clients. You can't photoshop out bad posture!

Loved your tips. And yes, if you want your clothes to last, no dryer! I only dry my sheets and towels and my hub's cotton undies. Everything else gets a minute in the dryer just to dewrinkle, then shaken out and hung. Have my regular and black Woolite detergent and only cold washing all our clothes. Works like a charm! I'm also big on ironing. Can't stand when people go out in cotton or rayon/linen clothes all wrinkled! 😏😑 (Linen can have a bit of texture and that's fine)

Wow! I'm so surprised and pleased to see the Gaia (?) bag your showing. I have that EXACT same bag... bought it when I was about 19 or 20 years old. I've been on a shopping spree since watching the Style Reboot series and some of your other latest videos. I've always been the "Cool Mom" dressing like I'm still in my 20's, but it's time to step up my game! I even bought that Henri Bendel (Rivington) bag like yours, but in Lt Pink and it'll be here tomorrow! I bought another Henri Bendel bag (West 57th satchel) in ivory, and a white structured MK bag. I invested in some dark wash plain jeans (I've always worn Rock Revivals), new belts, shoes, and gold jewelry (I've always worn silver). From watching your videos, I already had other pieces I need. I just ordered more plastic hangers you recommended, as well as the black velvet jewelry holders (the busts, T-Bars, etc) and bought a different belt holder. I know it will be MUCH easier to dress better when my huge closet is finally organized! My friend is putting together my rolling clothes rack tomorrow so it will be easier to sort through clothes. It will pull double-duty when I start selling the clothes on Poshmark, Mercari, or whatever platform I start with. SO... I've been busy and I just want to say THANK YOU SOOO MUCH for doing these videos for us! And Thank You to my Daddy for making it possible for me to get more organized AND stylish at the same time. If he hadn't left me a little bit of spending money when died a few months ago, I sure couldn't have afforded to do all this since I became disabled! It feels good to shop with a purpose thanks to you!!! 🤗🤗🤗

Yes! I do it on a long maxi that’s jersey or cotton when I want to create a High-low hem or if it’s simply too long for flats, I’ll knot the bottom. Slightly on the side.
