Love the outfit you are wearing. I find it interesting that content creators show trends that I really do not see anyone wearing. In my opinion people look best in clothes that fit properly, not super baggy or super tight, you always look stylish because your clothing fits. I will never like the oversized look and I don't see anyone wearing it in my area.

Love this…as always your production value is great. Fun tip, if you are a larger frame like me (5’9 and 145lb) use men’s button downs and you can find some great ones at the thrift stores and they have better quality. Also, with the new style jeans can be personalized by going to the thrift store. I do that a lot. I love fashion but I also like being unique as well. ❤❤❤❤

There are so many negative comments about the oversized trend, but I love it. I'm 56, 5 foot 9, Uk size 10-12 but quite broad shouldered. Oversized suits my body shape. When everything was fitted, if I tried on jackets, they always fitted in the body, but the sleeves were too tight and far too short. And they pulled across the shoulders. But if I went up a size for the shoulders and sleeves, I had a ridiculous amount of fabric at the front that I could have stuffed a cushion down! The oversized blazers are so much better proportioned all over. And they are great for layering. I can fit a shirt underneath and if I take the blazer off the sleeves aren't all crumpled and creased. When it gets really cold I can layer a sweater vest over the shirt and under the blazer or even a jumper. So it gives me so many options. I also feel so modern and 'funky' in a more oversized look. A lot of tight fitting stuff looks so dated now and a bit prim and prissy. The other great thing about oversized is that you can lose or gain a few pounds and still get into your favourite items! I just get really cross with people that criticise trends just because they don't work for their particular body shape. There are plenty of trends that I hate but I just scroll on by. They're not for me or my body but if they're in the shops then I'm guessing that somebody is buying them!

Belt been a thing for me since the 80 and I been a collector of them, the only reason I threw any out is because the fake leather ones just became damage from peeling and did not wear well. That is why I will only thrift real leather belts or chain ones. I am always here for a tunic sweater because some are long enough for me to wear legging with and boots. I still have my pointed flats and round toe ballet slippers and I definitely plan on wearing them this year because I have been wearing sneakers all the time during the cooler months if I wasn't wearing heels or boots and totally forgot about them. I went thru my shoes and I these are perfect for if I wear stretch pleather pants or pencil trousers. This year is going by fast and it will be time to transition my shoes for Fall/Winter. I find none of these trends attractive. I despise oversized anything, so I'm glad belts & showcasing the waist is "back". I've gone away from denim, I own 2 PR jeans, as I don't find denim super comfortable. I also find it funny that/if women rush out to buy the newest trends seasonally how their closet isn't overstuffed & the stress of what to do with those clothes the next season? @@Thestyleinsider.We women need to help each other out, and complement one other more, etc. Here is a good one; Jazz your stuff up a little more by switching out buttons on your items it can make your things much more expensive. Also, here is one of my fav's and it ends up costing about the same but you feel 100 times better and proud! Never mind buying and overpaying for all those big names in the jewlery, field, have your own MADE, It is so much fun picking out the kind, quilty, and size of stones or whatever it may be the claps, the "casing". what the stone sits in.... And NO ONE will have it! rub elbows with your jeweler if you don't have one, do your homework and find a good one, don't be afraid to ask for a cash price and if you have it, try paying a little upfront so they are using your money, not tying up theirs, you'll get further that way, sometimes I'll go in and leave what I can to start building a good nest egg until I realized what I want then go for it! Don't forget to have Insurance. BEST OF LUCK

10:46 “pointed flats are as comfortable as wearing trainers” ?! Wow, I couldn’t disagree with you more! 😂 I find wearing pointy shoes of any kind excruciatingly uncomfortable, and often painful. I have wide feet and a slight bunionnette, due partly to sitting cross-legged a fair bit, but largely from wearing shoes that are too tight/not wide enough in the toe box in the past (due to difficulty in finding shoes that fit my feet properly, not choosing pointy narrow shoes intentionally in my case!), so wearing pointy shoes is the absolute last thing I should be doing! My feet are just incredibly awkward in general - I’ve also got a low instep, so I generally need footwear options with adjustable straps/laces/etc so that I can get the shoe to fit properly (especially after accounting for the width need - so many wide shoes are intended for people with high insteps), so anything like a ballet flat is tough for me to find a good fit… it’s basically been a continuous mission to find a good and comfortable pair of, not quite ballet flats but more of a slightly more structured Mary Jane style… I’ve bought so many pairs over the years, and invariably they trick me into thinking they fit well and are comfortable, then one day they turn on me and I get blisters! I will admit that some of the shoes you featured do look really nice with those outfits - the ones you’re wearing are especially nice with the triple strap! Oh, and I love your denim maxi skirt! I had a brilliant one that was similar that I must have bought about 20 years ago now 😮 At the time it was a perfect fit, very stretchy, indigo wash… but the best part was the kind of peplum shape it had, and the movement from being constructed with bias cut godet panels! I possibly still have it (I’m VERY overdue a thorough clothes cleanout!) but I definitely won’t fit into it anymore, alas… but if they’re coming into trend again then maybe someone else would love to wear it! After tomorrow it should be cooling down here (London) too from the ~32C/90F we’ve been dealing with lately 🥵 so next weekend I might even be able to face actually moving from in front of the fan to have a clear out 😅
