I would have had Otis not cash in for the WWE title but,because his deep friendship with his partner ,ask Vince if he and tucker could cash in on the tag titles. Vince would say "Are you Out of Your MIND?" Otis would say " me and tuckers friendship is more important that any singles title" Vince would say "Ok you idiot,go ahead" they cash in ,but Vince tries to teach him a lesson about the Value of the briefcase or something silly like that
