To my knowledge, Simon has his own channel. So, what is the excuse you have for choosing to stick around? Probably to regurgitate the same response most people share when they proclaim their disgust for the "new people" when paired up against the "OG crew" whom they fervently believe is better. It wouldn't be the internet without it lashing out over trivial details or this perceived attack against their nostalgic memories.

Spot on with the WWE vs its own fans part. The fed were shit for a solid 6+ years and expected fans to just swallow it because there was no real other choice. Then AEW came along to show people there was another way. The result? Whether you love one and hate the other, or love both, we now have two big American wrestling companies that are throwing out the kind of banger matches and storylines that would make the attitude era jealous. Wrestling wins.

Make the Attitude Era jealous? Seriously? When 10 million people were tuning in every week to where they were BEATING Monday Night Football - something that doesn't happen today, as Monday Night Football is often the excuse for Raw bringing in poor ratings, in some cases record low ratings for certain matches? When WWE had near capacity crowds during the Attitude Era (like that one Raw in Toronto in February 1999) compared to now when both WWE and AEW (especially AEW) have to tarp off most of the arena? How delusional are you?

The crowds elbow to elbow 30,000+ fans screaming to the absolutely top disciple, and the reactions when either the glass shattered or "if u smell" came across the speakers. The attitude era will never be topped. The atmosphere the ora the legitimacy and hype round every single ppv. Man it was truly the golden era.
